- Patriot Machine, Inc.'s welding department holds certifications which enable work on many different materials such as aluminum and stainless steel. With experience and a great deal of background knowledge in welding, our associates are ready to undertake any project your company may have available.
- Tooling Fabrication
- Tooling fabrication is available at Patriot Machine, Inc. machine for all types of tooling in a large range of sizes and materials. Tooling can not only be fabricated, but assembled with precision and CMM verified as well.
- Assembly ; Finishing ; Stamping & Labeling ; Shipping
- In house assembly, finishing and shipping allows for Patriot Machine, Inc. to process a job from concept to completion easily. As well, our stamping and labeling department can apply all specification labeling as well as proprietary listings to most parts. In addition, Patriot Machine, Inc. has developed a programming option which allows scribing of labeling information directly on parts as they are machined.
- Optical Capabilities
- Whether setting locating details, large assemblies or any project that requires exacting construction, with Patriot Machine, Inc.'s optical capabilities, +/- .003 tolerances on various size tooling projects can be met.
- CNC Machining
- Upon completion of any weldments or assemblies, Patriot Machine, Inc. has the capability to CNC machine a part for finishing. With large envelope tables on our Makino and FADALS, sizeable parts can be easily managed. This feature allows for precise tolerances to be met on critical surfaces of assemblies.
- CMM Inspection
- CMM inspection of weldments and even assemblies is possible with our Brown & Sharpe Xcel Ultra High Accuracy CMM. The CMM enables our customers to have access to a controlled, quick, and accurate inspection technique with the ability to provide SPC data and customized reports.
