National Quality Assurance, a third-party registrar, has audited and approved Patriot Machine, Inc. for the AS9100A and ISO9001:2000 certification on July 31, 2002. AS9100 standardizes industry quality management system requirements for the aerospace industry.

Patriot Machine, Inc. was honored by the Unmanned Combat Air vehicle Program on August 30, 2000 for "Outstanding Performance". Patriot Machine, Inc. was pleased to welcome Marty Eigenmann; UCAV Vehicle Team Manager, Bill Hertzfeldt; UCAV SM&P Manager, Dennis Hasenstab, and Rick Blunk to our establishment for the presentation.
The UCAV Team Members presented Patriot Machine, Inc. with a plaque representative of their appreciation for the work done on the UCAV project. Patriot Machine, Inc. was proud to accept such an honor.

Patriot Machine, Inc. was selected as the 1999 Subcontractor of the Year by the Small Business Administration for Region VII. Region VII is inclusive of the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska, all of which are sure to provide worthy opponents for such an award. Patriot Machine, Inc. was nominated by The Boeing Company, which is viewed by the SBA as a large prime contractor for providing the Government and Industry with outstanding goods and services.

Patriot Machine, Inc. was selected as the 1999 Manufacturing Employer of the Year by the City of St. Charles, MO. Mayor Patricia M. York announced the 1999 Employers of the Year at the Chamber's Luncheon on Wednesday, June 2, 1999. Judy and Bob Burns attended the luncheon along with other members of the Patriot Machine, Inc. team.
Patriot Machine, Inc. was awarded a plaque of recognition and appreciation from Mayor York and the City of St. Charles as well as an additional plaque and certificate from the Missouri House of Representatives.
Mayor York stated, " The 1999 recipients are outstanding examples of the excellence found in our businesses and services in our community that contribute to the extraordinary quality of life in St. Charles."

Patriot Machine, Inc. will be welcoming Boeing Representatives on October 27, 2000 for an award presentation from the SBA. Patriot Machine, Inc. was pleased to have received the Boeing nomination and the SBA award from the Small Business Administration for Region VII 1999 Subcontractor of the Year. This event will be the culmination of the SBA award process for Patriot Machine, Inc.

Patriot Machine, Inc. welcomed News Channel 30 into our engineering department and manufacturing shop for a look at processes and the impact of Boeing's recent changes. Patriot was featured in May of 1999 in a segment which also included numerous other suppliers to the Boeing Company.

In Modern Machine Shop's 1997 CNC & Software Guide, Patriot Machine, Inc. provided information on the cut rate affectivity of OptiPath® by CGTech. The article is listed as "The Advantages of Feed Rate Optimization Software" in the April 1997 issue.
~ Harvard Business Review ~
The Harvard Business Review, published by Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, included Patriot Machine, Inc. in their publication of the Center for Science & International Affair's study on "Manufacturing Partnerships in the Digital Environment Best Practices in CALS Implementation". The study was a set of case studies on organizational collaboration across supply chain segments in the automotive and aerospace industries. The project takes an in depth look at the product development process in each of several vertical supply chain segments.

February 29 - March 2, 2000 ~ The North American Valisys Users Group membership includes people from aerospace, automotive, contract machining, and other industries. Patriot Machine, Inc. was pleased to be a part of this group in attendance at the NAVUG 2000 Conference this past February to March. October 4 - 7, 1999 ~ Patriot Machine, Inc. recently attended the Unigraphics Fall Users Group Meeting which was held by Unigraphics Solutions in Dearborn, Michigan. We enjoyed the many interesting topics presented at the conference as well as the displays of Unigraphics Solutions' latest technological devices.

October 7, 1999 ~ Patriot Machine, Inc. recently attended the SME Convention at the Machinist Hall in St. Louis, MO. Patriot Machine, Inc. enjoyed the opportunity to present its newest capabilities as well as its latest technological advances in the CAD/CAM field.

March 22 - 23 1999 ~ Patriot Machine, Inc. recently attended the Small, Disadvantaged or Woman Owned Convention held annually by the Boeing Aerospace Corporation where we presented Patriot's capabilities and exhibited sample parts to Boeing department representatives.
