Capabilities

3,4 and 5 Axis N/C Machining
The possibilities in N/C machining are endless.  With the capability to program parts ranging from a simple 3 axis part to a complex 5 axis part with free form features, Patriot Machine, Inc. has the know how and experience to produce a program for in house machining, to complete a project, or to supplement your company's own programming staff.

Complex Surface Machining
Complex surface machining involves the machining of complex surfaces such as aircraft loft surfaces or ergonomically shaped surfaces such as razor handles for the consumer.  With Patriot Machine, Inc.'s capabilities in this area, we make this intricate feature available to a wide field of customers.

High Speed Technique Machining
Using modern high speed techniques allows our programmers to apply machine tools to cut thin walled (e.g. 0.06") parts such as are found in aerospace structural aircraft parts, and automotive dies precisely and efficiently.

All Programs VERICUT® verified
To ensure that every program will function as intended, each one is verified through VERICUT®.This program, designed to check for many  malfunctions or mistakes such as gauging, undercutting, rapid feed rates, and various other programming errors, allows for corrections to be made to a program before any losses are accrued in the shop.  As well, VERICUT® applies many other checking and optimizing features such as OptiPath® to create more efficient programs. To learn more about VERICUT®, visit CGTech.

N/C Process Planning
Implementing a large range of industrial knowledge combined with a wealth of experience, our planners plot each step that a particular project may require.  While using several types of tracking, scheduling, and planning programs and methods, they determine not only a critical path, but the greatest efficiency as well.

OptiPath® NC Optimization
Using OptiPath Optimization, Patriot Machine, Inc. is able to optimize feeds, speeds and cutter loads through software in order to achieve the best possible run times and create proficient programs.  The use of OptiPath has at times reduced the run time of a program by 50%, yielding a precise part at a lower cost.

CAD/CAM Expertise
With extensive knowledge in Unigraphics & CATIA, and a programming department that constantly grows with each step that our CAD/CAM packages take forward, Patriot Machine, Inc. can offer your company a competitive edge in an advanced industry.  Our programmers are kept up to date on the latest developments from Unigraphics & CATIA concerning their manufacturing modules.  As well, we implement these new techniques to formulate a 'best practice' approach to programming.
