Capabilities
- Composite Tooling
- Includes fiberglass lay-ups from master models for trim and drill tools, auxiliary production tooling and graphite epoxy lay-ups for tool structures or facing sheets for bond jigs.
- Production Tooling
- High, medium or low rate tooling which may include auto locating and clamping with pneumatics or hydraulics. Special sensory features may be incorporated into dedicated machining cells for specific industrial needs.
- Aircraft Assembly Jigs
- Master set tooling for all aspects of aircraft technology with low rate expandable concepts and features. Small bench type tooling as well as floor assembly tooling may be custom designed for any facility.
- Form Blocks
- Hot form, stretch forming, hydro forming, press form and break press forming blocks can be designed to your company's specifications.
- Weld Fixtures
- Tubing or inlet configured fixtures, inert gas assisted fixtures, special high production fixtures and stress relief fixtures for exotic metals after welding.
- Check Fixtures & Functional Gages
- Depending on the dimensioning and tolerancing criteria, gages may be designed for individual cases or production batch checking. Hand form check fixture design is also available.
- Production Support Equipment
- Workstands, transportation or paint dollies, hoists and handling equipment, special hydraulic or air pad assisted equipment and splice jig tool design available.
- Tool Design Studies
- Studies include aircraft tooling flow from mastering to production equipment to assembly tools. Special case studies may be developed to provide you with the optimum end product.
- Assembly & Detail Presentation
- Tool drawings show assembly relationship with sections and detail views for setting dimensions as well as detail weldment and individual machining details.
- Template Engineering
- Quick assembly modular tooling design is available for drilling individual components or an assembly of components in close proximity for specific aircraft needs.
- Machine Tools
- Varieties of small and large tools for machining operations to accommodate machining centers or dedicated cells for individual pieces to batch or gang production.
- Stamping Die Design
- Our design capabilities of metal stamping dues include blanking, forming, drawing, compound and progressive in such materials as brass, bronze, aluminum, nickel silver, steel and stainless steel.
